So, a bit about me.

I’m a sociologist by training, a product manager by profession, and a coach by vocation. This leaves me pretty well placed to think critically about a problem, identify desirable outcomes, and lead a team to deliver them.

I’ve lived in York, UK for 18 years, but I was born in the valleys of South Wales and my values are rooted in that background. Kindness, good humour, and a wry pragmatism are at the root of everything I do.
